Right issue 2026

The Board of Directors of Nanologica AB (publ) resolved on January 30, 2026, to carry out a rights issue of approximately MSEK 82.5. The Board further resolved on a directed issue of shares amounting to 5.1 MSEK to a limited number of investors, and a directed issue of shares amounting to 8.6 MSEK to the seller in conjunction to the acquisition of Ardena Södertälje AB. The share issues are subject to the subsequent approval of an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 4, 2026. Information regarding the Extra General Meeting can be found here.
