Nanologica AB (publ) höll idag den 2 juni 2022 sin årsstämma för verksamhetsåret 2021, varvid följande beslut fattades. Fastställande av resultat- och balansräkning, disponering av resultat Årsstämman fastställde resultaträkningen och balansräkningen för bolaget och för koncernen enligt framlagda redovisningshandlingar samt beslutade, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, att ansamlad förlust om -46 224 712 kronor överförs i ny räkning.
