FINANCIAL SUMMARY Net sales for the second quarter amounted to SEK 24,297 thousand (2,327) and for the half-year to SEK 45,753 thousand (13,079). Operating profit for the quarter amounted to SEK -18,073 thousand (-11,280) and for the half-year to SEK 48,999 thousand (-20,521). FINANSIELL SAMMANFATTNING Nettoomsättningen för andra kvartalet uppgick till 24 297 TSEK (2 327) och för halvåret till 45 753 TSEK (13 079). Rörelseresultatet för kvartalet uppgick till -18 073 TSEK (-11 280) och för halvåret till 48 999 TSEK (-20 521). Rörelseresultatet för halvåret påverkas av att förvärvet av Syntagon bokförts som en rörelseintäkt om 75 676 TSEK. Resultatet före skatt för kvartalet uppgick till -18 696 TSEK (-12 829) och för halvåret till 47 079

Nanologica AB (publ) har utsett Axel Elner till ny CFO. Axel Elner tillträder tjänsten den 10 november 2026. Axel Elner kommer närmast från Viaplay Group AB och en roll som Vice President Integration där han har lett integrationen av Allente i Viaplay Group med ansvar för att verkställa kostnadssynergier, operationell integration samt kommersiellt värdeskapande. NANOLOGICA AB APPONTS AXEL ELNER AS NEW CFO

Nanologica AB (publ) has appointed Axel Elner as new CFO. Axel Elner will take up the position on 10 November 2026. Axel Elner joins Nanologica from Viaplay Group AB and the role as Vice President Integration where he has led the integration of Allente into Viaplay Group with responsibility for executing cost synergies, operational integration and commercial value creation. Prior to that, Axel held various roles within Allente Nordic AB, including Director Finance and M&A
