Number of Shares and Votes in Nanologica AB (publ)

The number of registered shares and votes in Nanologica AB has changed during the month of October following the registration of parts of the previously communicated rights issue. The rights issue was subscribed with and without the support of unit rights to approximately 87.0 percent, and has in this part been allotted and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. This means that the number of shares in Nanologica during October has increased by 38,423,596

Antalet registrerade aktier och röster i Nanologica AB har under oktober månad ändrats till följd av delregistrering av den tidigare kommunicerade företrädesemissionen. Företrädesemissionen tecknades med och utan stöd av uniträtter till cirka 87,0 procent och har i denna del tilldelats och delregistrerats vid Bolagsverket. Det innebär att antalet aktier i Nanologica under oktober har ökat med 38 423 596 aktier från 44 178 618 till 82 602 214 aktier och att aktiekapitalet har ökat med 3 842 359,6 SEK
