Nanologica takes out loan of MSEK 20 within agreed credit facility

Nanologica AB (publ) has taken out a loan of MSEK 20 from the credit facility agreed in January with Flerie Invest AB. The loan is taken out to cover the company’s temporary financial needs pending expected cash flows from the operations in preparative chromatography. After this loan, MSEK 20 remains of the credit facility. Nanologica utökar lanseringsturné efter mycket gott mottagande

Efter en lyckad första aktivitet på den globala lanseringsturnén av bolagets silika för preparativ kromatografi, NLAB Saga®, utökar Nanologica turnén med deltagande vid ytterligare kromatografikonferenser. Lanseringen av bolagets silika för preparativ kromatografi startade på konferensen Purify’22 Chromatography Purification Conclave den 7 april i Hyderabad, Indien, där produkterna fick ett mycket gott mottagande. Nanologica har mot bakgrund av detta utökat sin lanseringsturné med ytterligare konferenser för kromatografi. Bolaget planerar att delta vid följande konferenser under 2022:

Nanologica AB (publ) meddelar att Nasdaq Stockholms bolagskommitté har godkänt bolagets ansökan om att uppta bolagets aktier till handel på Nasdaq Stockholms huvudmarknad. Godkännandet är villkorat av att sedvanliga villkor uppfylls, däribland att ett prospekt godkänns och registreras av Finansinspektionen. Första dag för handel på Nasdaq Stockholms huvudmarknad är planerad till tisdagen den 29 mars 2022 och sista dagen för handel på Spotlight Stock Market är planerad till måndagen den 28 mars 2022.
