In Nanologica’s stock option program 2018/21 exercise of rights in Nanologica’s stock option program has increased the number of shares in the company by 371,346 to 28,165,826 shares. As a result, the share capital increases to SEK 11,548,761. At Nanologica’s Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2018, it was resolved to establish an incentive program of a maximum of 484,883 stock options for the company’s employees.
